- Implemented automated backup and restore pipelines for 5 Kubernetes clusters using Velero with a custom UI, enabling cross-cluster service migration in under 1 minute — well within the 1-hour RTO requirement
- Executed a zero-downtime organizational carve-out, migrating 150 of 600 services — including relational databases, AWS account resources, and Kubernetes workloads — into new organizational structures without service interruption
